A digital receiver is required for each TV subscribing to premium channel content. Customers are not required to subscribe to any tier of service, other than Expanded Basic, to receive premium channel content. Customers wishing to subscribe to HDTV or DVR service must subscribe to the Digital Basic package. Prices do not include digital receiver lease $5.95/month.
