DATE: August 4, 2008 Our new billing system will bill in four cycles, one month in advance. This is because utility companies, like Newnan Utilities, bill in arrears for power and water already consumed. Broadband telecommunications companies, like NuLink, bill in advance for services to be provided, because our prices are not based on consumption levels. With this said, when Newnan Utilities sends their last Digital Services Bill, it’s possible that, depending on their cycle, some NuLink customers could receive their bill for September at about the same time. We understand that getting two bills at once might be confusing, and perhaps inconvenient, but this will happen only once. Here’s how this will work:
